We request that you please try to pick up your selection within 30 days. However, if you get one or two selections behind it’s no big deal. It does help if you can let us know your intentions.
If you personally can’t pick up the wine, you can have someone pick it up for you. However please let us know in advance so that our staff knows this person is authorized to pick up your wine for you.
Once you have three or more selections waiting here for you, however, we may put your membership on hold. We will wait to hear from you. (Really, we just need to know what your plans are. We’ll happily hold wine longer, and release the hold, as long as you communicate with us.)
Also, 60 days after a selection has been available for pickup, or if it otherwise sells out, we reserve the right to substitute a wine of later vintage and/or equal value in the event the original selection has sold out. (We have this policy because we do not have infinite storage space.)
Club Shipping orders: About two weeks before the ship date we will remind you about the upcoming shipment, so that you have time to get us any last minute changes we need to know about. About one week in advance of the ship date we start packing orders, and once your order is packed and ready to ship we can’t cancel it – it is packed and stacked with all of the other orders**. We will always let you know what the deadline is via email before every shipment so that you can plan accordingly.
** We use an outside fulfillment center located in Napa, CA. It’s likely that your order is in fact packed and stacked on a pallet with orders from other wineries. I’ve seen this process – there are many such pallets heading out every day, and once yours is in the pile, there is just no way to find it and pull it back. – el jefe
Club Shipping Rates: While we do our best to keep shipping rates under control, we are at the mercy of the shippers’ rates. Therefore, rates are subject to change without notice (alas, usually upward). The standard ground rate is $25 for up to 11 bottles. Remember that shipping on each case of 12 is complimentary!
Shipping Pickup orders: We would be happy to ship your pickup order(s) for the regular Twisted Few shipping rate whenever you need us to. We will endeavo(u)r to consolidate multiple orders to save shipping costs. Please contact us directly to arrange for the shipment.
Also, if you have multiple orders to ship that add up to 12 or more bottles, the Twisted Few case shipping rate does not apply – you will be charged the regular Twisted Few shipping rate of $25 for every 12 bottles.
Refunds: We are unable to process any refunds for pickup orders after 90 days from the order date. This is the policy of the credit card processor, to prevent fraud.
Pricing: We endeavo(u)r to hit the target package price every time, but prices vary and often we will be higher or lower. We do try to have it average out to the target over time – however, you are always welcome to adjust your shipment to fit.
Cancellation. You may cancel your Twisted Few membership at any time. (But really, why would you?) You could drop an email or call, but the bestest way to do this is to log into your account and navigate to your membership page. There you will find a place to click and cancel your membership. IMPORTANT: If you do not receive an email confirming the cancellation your membership HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED. Please either try again or contact us right away.
Complimentary Tastings: All Twisted Few members enjoy complimentary tasting any time for themselves and their guests. While we don’t have a formal limit on the number of times you can visit, or the number of guests you can bring, we reserve the right to say “enough is enough”.
