Intense aromas of blueberries and cherries with nutmeg and cinnamon. Bright flavors of raspberries and some caramel flavors. The mouthfeel is dry and tannic but just now beginning to soften. Finishes long with black cherries and spice. (A normal tasting note - can you stand it?)
Vineyard Notes
39% Monastrell (Mourvedre)
32% Mazuelo (Carignane)
29% Graciano (Graciano) - all from Parcel 17 Vineyard
Food Pairing Notes
Ribs! Beef or Pork - with Mushroom Risotto or even... carne asada!

Great Wine! It is all it says it is and more. Not tart, subtle and rich with deep cherry undertones, yet light enough to accompany a variety of food. I love it!

Fell in love with this wine at the tasting. So much so that my new wife and I joined the wine club just to get a bottle. I was surprised when I took a taste and it was smooth and refreshing.

Wine was fantastic. Nice and subtle and a little light, but the caption on the back of bottle is priceless. Bring out your dead!!!

I am do not enjoy very many Red Wines, but I have to admit, Parcel 17 and Potty Mouth are my favorite. I am visiting my daughter and will be taking back these wine to So. Cal. I am selfish I do not share these with just anyone.
