Peter Piper would perfectly pick a pack of this Picpoul. And a woodchuck wouldn’t chuck these aromas of jasmine, lemongrass, and spice. And when she isn’t selling seashells by the seashore, she’s savoring flavors of Meyer Lemon, white peach, and honeydew that’ll twist your tongue for sure!

Food Pairing Notes
Fish Heads…. Roly Poly Fish Heads. Or, for the less demented, try with lighter fishes, like sole, or jon dory. One of these baked panko style with a piccata sauce (white wine, butter, lemon and capers) will make you wanna EAT THEM UP YUMMM!!!

After first taste of this wine, I felt it would be great with some alfredo and chicken or some type of fish. Going to have to try that this weekend. Fish on!

It was an easy to drink white wine. Something about it also makes me think people who like beer and aren't into wine would love this too. The bottle didn't last long :)

Beautiful lemongrass notes, crisp but creamy mid palate. Meyer lemon, white necterine and honey. YUM! Loving this, fabulous alternative to chardonnay!
