First shalt thou take out thy Holy Wine Glass, then shalt thou pour Partial 17, even though it art only Partial, it still art not bad. Partial 18 shalt thou not drink, neither drinkest thou Partial 16, excepting that thou then proceed to Partial 17. Partial 19 is right out. Once the Partial 17 hath been consumed, then lobbest thou thy Holy Wine Glass towards thy foe.
Intense aromas of blackberries and currants. Bright fruity and spicy flavors. The mouthfeel is dry and tannic but just now beginning to soften. Finishes long with black cherries and spice. (A normal tasting note? If you can't handle this, go back and read the back label again!)
66% Monastrell (Mourvedre) from Tanner vineyard; 34% Graciano (Graciano) from the Willow block at Twisted Oak Winery.
Food Pairing Notes
