Spanish Rubbed Ribeye Steak. ‘Nuff Said….. OR, if that’s not enough said, try it with a Hamburger with grilled onions and a slice of Manchego. Or even Smoked pork or lamb; or wild mushroom risotto; or bacon stuffed mushrooms. Heck, I'm having it tonight with a bowl of split pea soup.
