The Twisted Few set sail that day for a winemaking tour, a winemaking tour. The weather started getting rough, the vineyard almost lost. If not for the courage of the cellar crew the flavors would be lost, the flavors would be lost. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah something something something isle, with apricots, and lilacs too. Taste apricots, citrus, pears. A racy kick, on the end, and Mary Ann, in this Twisted Oak Wine.

"This Viognier (one of my favorite varietals since it can pair with so many foods) is from the Sierra Foothills area in Calaveras County, California. It was barreled in neutral oak for five months and is made from 100% Viognier grapes. It had a medium yellow color and on the nose I found aromas of pear, green apple, apricots and a bit of floral scent. After a few sips, I enjoyed its green apple and stoned fruit taste with high acidity. The Twisted Oak Viognier gave a nice finish and 14% alcohol." - grape-experiences.com

So is it twisted to love a white wine when most of the choices are red? Nope! This is the BEST! Light & fluffy like springtime snow! Ok, maybe not fluffy! But unexpectedly fun!
